With more than 20 years of experience providing legal counsel to corporations, business entities and individuals, Mr. Davis’ strengths are his strong litigation and negotiation skills in contracts, real estate, worker’s compensation, and insurance issues, premises liability, complex litigation, and medical malpractice, always representing the corporation or the defendant.
Throughout his career, Mr. Davis has represented self-insured entities, such as corporations and municipalities, using his strong mediation skills to the advantage of his clients. He has comprehensive experience in the real estate industry, with a unique understanding of issues related to condo conversions, commercial and residential closings, and issuance of real estate title policies.
Mr. Davis also has considerable trial work experience, including: insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability and workers’ compensation. Mr. Davis utilizes his legal experience to enhance his business-consulting clients, where he helps build his corporate and small business clients build a circle of influence in the community and across the state of Florida and beyond.
Mr. Davis has a tremendous commitment to community service and involvement. He believes that passing quality referrals to others wherever possible, as well as building on significant relationships, is the hallmark to success.
Also very active in the not-for-profit sector, Mr. Davis is the Trustee and Executive Director of the Rosalind R. Ludwig Children’s Foundation. In this capacity, he oversees the grants and awards given by the Foundation to various charities in the South Florida area that cater to children in need, as well as their guardians. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Hands2Help, a Broward County, Florida based organization that provides mentoring to girls aged 8-18.
